Who we are

Racebench (racebench.co.uk) is a trading name of Stuart Pearson, a sole trader in England. Contact: support@racebench.co.uk.

What Racebench is

Racebench is software for planning, testing and running betting systems on UK and Irish horse racing. It's a tool, not a tipping or advisory service. We don't accept bets, hold customer funds or pay out winnings. Any bet placed through Racebench is placed on your own Betfair Exchange account, and Betfair's own terms apply to it.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and allowed to bet on Betfair where you live.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, including bets placed by systems you switch on.
• Before any live betting you must set your own loss limits. You can pause betting, use the kill switch or self-exclude at any time.

Simulations are not predictions

Backtests and simulations describe how a system would have performed on past data. They don't guarantee future results. You can lose money betting, and you decide what to bet.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans (Punter and Pro) are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. The free plan costs nothing and needs no card. We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email of any price change, and it applies from your next renewal.

Cancellations and refunds

• You can cancel at any time from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, email us and we'll refund that payment in full.
• After those 14 days, payments for the current period aren't refundable, except where the service has been unavailable for a significant time or the law requires a refund.
• If we close your account for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

Acceptable use

Don't resell, scrape or redistribute Racebench data or price history, share your account, or try to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Racebench running, but software and exchange connections can fail. Live features include safety checks, but you remain responsible for your bets. Our liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will email you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
